You will keep our admin running smoothly by recording committee meetings, contacting SU, and coordinating collaborations with other societies. Additionally, you get to conduct your own initiatives, such as competitions and conferences.

General Secretary Responsibilities

Manage all general administration.

Act as the primary link between Society and the Students' Union.

Minute all Committee Meetings and circulate them to the Committee.

Collect all Department Meeting Minutes, and include these in the Committee Meeting Minutes.

Minute all General Meetings and circulate these to Society Members.
