President
You will oversee the operations of the society alongside the committee members and ensure Students' Union laws and constitution are followed. You will chair committee meetings and produce an annual general meeting (AGM) report for the SU.
Requirement: Must have been/currently are a committee member of MathsSoc.

Student Development Officer
You will organise maths exchange activities for the student body and arrange career events in collaboration with the University's Department of Mathematics. You may work with the outreach team to secure sponsorships for these events.
Officer positions include Careers and Seminar.

General Secretary
You will be responsible for managing all general administrative tasks and acting as the primary point of contact for the Students' Union. This role will involve overseeing daily operations and ensuring effective communication. Additionally, you will take minutes during all committee meetings, accurately capturing and decisions made.

Postgraduate Events Officer
You will be in charge of organising events for postgraduate and 4th year integrated masters students, forwarding any advertisements to the rest of the Committee. You will work individually to tailor these specifically to postgraduates.
Requirement: be a 4th year/Master's student.

Inclusion Administrator/Officers
As Inclusion Officers, you will actively collect feedback and ensure the committee acts on it to improve the student body's experience. you will raise inclusion issues in meetings to represent students in the Society to the Students' Union and the University.
Administrators coordinate these efforts and ensure "community" excluding is avoided.

Events Officers
You will be in charge of providing a variety of regular events to Society Members to ensure our Society Activities are inclusive and forwarding any advertisements to the rest of the Committee. You will be allocated variations of this Officer position to distribute the workload efficiently, to which you are free to swap these allocations with others elected for this same Officer position.
