Officer Variation of: Careers & Finance Officer

You will be responsible for attracting company sponsorships to our society. You will work with the Treasurer in creating a sponsorship proposal and distribute these to previous and potential sponsors.

• Company Relations Officer Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary link between the Society and the Society's Sponsors.

  • Work with the Treasurer in attracting Sponsors using the Sponsorship Proposal document.

  • Keep track of Sponsorship Contracts and ensure the Treasurer is aware of all Society Contracts.

  • Ensure Sponsorship Advertisements are forwarded to the Newsletter Officer and Communications Department when required.
