You will be in charge of making sure all society activities are welcoming to everyone and are inclusive to all, regardless of sex, race, ability, or personal particulars. You will be responsible for suggesting ideas for improvement as well as any more inclusive events we could plan.

• Inclusion Officer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Society Activities are inclusive and that alternative Society Activities are available to Society Members when this is not possible.

  • Manage all feedback from Society Members.

  • Ensure that the committee acts upon all suggestions for improvements and complaints wherever possible.

  • Engage in all meetings and decisions to ensure that Society is not unintentionally excluding certain communities.
