You assist the General Secretary in recording Society decisions and will be in charge of chairing the meetings for your respective Department. You'll need to ensure your Department aims, as well as our Society goals, are being met.

Secretary Responsibilities

Ensure your relevant Department is meeting all of its aims, assisting Officers where needed.

Organise Weekly Department Meetings with the Officers of your Department to ensure there's sufficient communication between your Officers.

Minute all Department Meetings and circulate these to the General Secretary.

Attend all Committee Meetings, appointing a replacement if absent, to inform the rest of the Committee regarding your Departments' Activities.
